Refund & Cancellation
Last updated 7 September 2026
This policy explains how to cancel, what happens when you do, and when you are entitled to a refund. It forms part of the Terms of Service. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law where you live.
1. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end your current period early.
- You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- After that, your account stays — you simply lose access to subscriber content. Your favourites, profile and team membership are still there if you subscribe again.
- If you would rather remove the account entirely, you can request deletion from your profile.
2. Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU and UK)
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.
Because this is digital content delivered immediately, that right works slightly differently: when you subscribe, you ask us to start supplying the service right away and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once supply has begun. You confirm this at checkout. If you have not asked for immediate access, or supply has not begun, you keep the full 14-day right.
To withdraw where the right applies, email [CONTACT@YOURDOMAIN.COM] with your account name and the date you subscribed. You do not need a particular form of words. We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your notice.
3. Refunds outside the withdrawal period
Because a subscription can be cancelled at any moment and is billed one month at a time, we do not refund unused days of a period you chose to keep. We do refund in these cases:
- You were charged after cancelling, or charged twice for the same period.
- You could not use the service for a prolonged stretch because of a fault on our side.
- We permanently removed a substantial part of what you were paying for during your period.
- We closed your account without you having breached the terms.
Outside those cases we may still make an exception at our discretion — ask, and explain what happened.
4. Price changes
If we raise the price, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you. You can cancel before it takes effect and never pay the new amount. If a higher amount is charged without that notice, we refund the difference.
5. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails we may retry it and may suspend access until it goes through. We do not charge a fee for a failed payment. If access stays suspended for a period you have already paid for, tell us and we will put that right.
6. How to ask for a refund
Email [CONTACT@YOURDOMAIN.COM] from the address on your account, or from your Steam identity, with what you are asking for and why. We answer within 5 working days and, where a refund is due, pay it to the original payment method within 14 days.
If you disagree with our answer and you are an EU consumer, you may use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback — most disputes are a misunderstanding we can fix the same day. Where a chargeback is raised on a valid charge, we may suspend the account until it is resolved.
